The Maintenance Department of Lawson Enterprises proudly operates and maintains our properties and is here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in case of an emergency.

All emergency maintenance requests must be called in. The 24 hour emergency/ maintenance contact number is the same for all of our properties: Julia Ann Townhomes, Spring Road Apartments, Clinton Garden Apartments and Marlboro Apartments.

Only non-emergency maintenance requests may be made through the Resident Portal.

Our friendly office staff can help guide you in making the right decision for you and your family. We want to ensure that you are happy and feel at home during your stay with us.

We pride ourselves in having been family owned and operated since 1962 and have grown from our original 52 units in Julia Ann, to 342 residential units presently.
